Biomass pellet fuel is renewable energy. As long as there is air, water, soil and the sun on the earth, we have enough plant materials to use.
The diameter of biomass pellet fuel is 8-10 mm, the length is 4-5 times its diameter, the breakage rate is less than 1.5%-2.0%, the dry base moisture content is less than 10%-15%, the ash content is less than 1.5%, the sulfur content and nitrogen content are less than 0.07%, and the carbon content is less than 0.5%. The environmental protection emission of biomass pellet fuel meets the emission standard of gas-fired boilers.
Biomass pellet fuel uses all kinds of wastes. After processing, it not only solves the environmental pollution of wastes, but also can replace coal for combustion in boilers. The utilization ratio of fuel in the special combustion equipment for biomass pellet fuel is equal to that of coal, which is one third of the cost of gas-oil boiler and one quarter of the cost of electric boiler. Biomass pellet fuel has inherent advantages in replacing high-cost energy sources such as gas.
After compression molding, the volume of biomass material decreases greatly, which makes it easier to transport, store and use. The key problem of biomass large-scale utilization has been solved, so biomass pellet fuel is very suitable for biomass power generation, clean energy transformation of industrial boilers and new cooking fuels in rural areas. With the promotion of biomass pellet fuel, the environmental protection and cost advantages of biomass fuel have been brought into full play, and the development of biomass pellet fuel is booming day by day.
