Utilization of biomass energy

Biomass energy has always been an important energy for human survival. It is the fourth largest energy only after coal, oil and natural gas, and occupies an important position in the entire energy system. But there is no rational use of these biomass, most of them are directly as firewood. The low efficiency affects the ecological environment. Therefore, it is imperative to speed up the conversion and utilization of biomass.

Characteristics of biomass pellet fuel

Biomass pellet fuel is a environment protection new energy, which is produced by  biomass pelletizing machine. The raw materials mainly are sawdust, wood chips, straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corncob, camellia shell, cottonseed shell and other biomass raw materials. The diameter of the biomass pellets is generally 2.5-10 mm.

1. Biomass pellet fuel compresses the volume and saves the storage space, so the transport is convenient, the cost of transport is reduced.
2. Biomass pellet fuel has high calorific value and purity of fuel, no other sundries that do not produce heat.
3. The biomass pellet fuel does not contain sulphur and phosphorus, does not corrode the boiler. It can prolong the service life of the boiler, and the enterprise will benefit a lot.
4. Biomass pellet fuel is clean and hygienic. Easy to feed. This reduces labor intensity and greatly improves the labor environment, and enterprises will reduce labor costs.
5. The ash ballast of biomass pellet fuel is very few after combustion, which greatly reduces the site of stacking coal slag and the cost of ballast.
6. Because of biomass pellet fuel does not contain sulphur and phosphorus, the combustion does not produce SO2 and P2O5. Therefore, it will not cause acid rain, air pollution and environmental pollution.
