We have finished an installation of 2TPH running plant in Serbia, and our staff just came back from the installation live at the end of Dec. 2012. We built the plant in Vlasotince, 300km from Belgrade. We established the plant with the complete processes. First, raw material such as small log was went through the wood chipper, and conveyors makes the chips go to the hopper of hammer mill, then crushes as sawdust. Before pelletizing, the moisture of sawdust must be proper, so drying sometimes is necessary. In order to ensure the capacity can be reach 2TPH, pelletizing system adopt 2 pcs pellet press in one line with capacity 1 ton per hour. This system can make sure the whole line works continuously if there are problems of one pcs of pellet mill, another pellet mill can still work. When pellets are finished, in order to strength the density and select the glossy pellets, cooling and sieving is necessary. Finally, smooth and glossy pellets should be packing by packing machine.
